The third quarter of 2019: Home prices in Dove Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Dove Valley rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Dove Valley in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Dove Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,295, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
