What happened to the median home price in Denver during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Denver fell by $406,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 51.4% decrease over the $791,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Denver in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Denver for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,816, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
