Centennial median home prices rose by 6.4% in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Centennial rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 591 homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 569 homes sold in Centennial in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
