Pricing for the median home in Cherry Creek decreased during the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Cherry Creek fell by $62,500 while total sales increased by 50.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $562,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Cherry Creek in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
