Sheridan median home prices rose by 1.7% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Sheridan rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $327,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Sheridan in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
