Cherry Creek home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cherry Creek rose by $109,500 while total sales decreased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $632,000 - a 21% increase over the $522,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in Cherry Creek in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
