The second half of 2020: Columbine Valley experienced a 30.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Columbine Valley rose by $297,500 while total sales increased by 144.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,277,500 - a 30.4% increase over the $980,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Columbine Valley in the second half of 2019.
