Deer Trail median home prices rose by 48.6% in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Deer Trail rose by $85,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 48.6% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Deer Trail in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Deer Trail for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $822, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
