Rising home prices in Centennial in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Centennial rose by $11,300 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 821 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $443,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 971 homes sold in Centennial in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
