How did home prices perform in Inverness during the first half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Inverness fell by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $493,250 - a 4.2% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Inverness in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
