Holly Hills home prices rose in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Holly Hills rose by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $506,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Holly Hills in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,460, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
