The first half of 2020: Cherry Creek experienced a 5.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Cherry Creek rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $612,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Cherry Creek in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
