Home prices decreased in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $160,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 20.4% decrease over the $785,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Columbine in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
