The second half of 2019: Holly Hills experienced a 8.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Holly Hills fell by $46,750 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 8.9% decrease over the $524,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Holly Hills in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,460, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
