The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Bow Mar in Arapahoe County rose by $201,713 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,574,250 - a 14.7% increase over the $1,372,538 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bow Mar in the second half of 2018.
