July 2021: Dove Valley experienced a 14.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Dove Valley rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dove Valley in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Dove Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,295, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
