Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $86,500 while total sales decreased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 376 homes sold, with a median sale price of $441,500 - a 24.4% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 688 homes sold in Aurora in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
