The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Ken Caryl fell by $29,400 while total sales decreased by 58.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $339,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Ken Caryl in the first quarter of 2020.
