Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 73.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,500 - a 0.5% increase over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Westminster in the first quarter of 2020.
