The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Edgewater fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Edgewater fell by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $406,500 - a 11.6% decrease over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Edgewater in the first quarter of 2020.
