What happened to the median home price in Lakewood during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lakewood rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 64.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 231 homes sold in Lakewood in the first quarter of 2020.
