The first quarter of 2021: Columbine (Jefferson County) experienced a 0.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Columbine in Jefferson County fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 71.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,500 - a 0.1% decrease over the $434,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Columbine in the first quarter of 2020.
