Rising home prices in Dakota Ridge in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Dakota Ridge rose by $42,008 while total sales decreased by 81.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,008 - a 9.6% increase over the $438,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Dakota Ridge in the first quarter of 2020.
