Littleton (Jefferson County) median home prices fell by 32.5% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Littleton in Jefferson County fell by $265,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 32.5% decrease over the $815,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Littleton in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
