Applewood home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Applewood rose by $132,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 23.2% increase over the $568,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Applewood in the first quarter of 2020.
