Rising home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $453,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $788,000 - a 135.2% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Columbine in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
