Lakewood median home prices fell by 5.8% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Lakewood fell by $22,450 while total sales decreased by 34.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 5.8% decrease over the $384,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Lakewood in January 2020.
