January 2021: Dakota Ridge experienced a 18.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Dakota Ridge rose by $75,508 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,008 - a 18.7% increase over the $404,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Dakota Ridge in January 2020.
