Home prices increased in Arvada (Jefferson County) during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 53.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,500 - a 17.7% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Arvada in January 2020.
