Median home prices in Evergreen rose to $910,600 in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Evergreen rose by $493,100 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,600 - a 118.1% increase over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Evergreen in January 2020.
