Applewood median home prices rose by 46% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Applewood rose by $290,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $920,000 - a 46% increase over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Applewood in November 2019.
