Home prices increased in Centennial during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Centennial rose by $116,550 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 446 homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $473,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 610 homes sold in Centennial in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
