Median home prices in Cherry Creek rose to $763,800 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $107,800 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $763,800 - a 16.4% increase over the $656,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Cherry Creek in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
