October 2021: Columbine (Arapahoe County) experienced a 15.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Columbine in October 2020.
