Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 57.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 267 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 25% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 630 homes sold in Aurora in October 2020.
