Cherry Creek home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $269,000 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $890,000 - a 43.3% increase over the $621,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cherry Creek in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
