October 2021: Home prices in Columbine Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Columbine Valley rose by $152,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,600,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $1,447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine Valley in October 2020, as well.
