November 2021: Aurora (Arapahoe County) experienced a 25.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $90,750 while total sales decreased by 54.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 272 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,750 - a 25.2% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 601 homes sold in Aurora in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
