November 2021: Home prices in Cherry Creek increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $343,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $930,000 - a 58.6% increase over the $586,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cherry Creek in November 2020.
