2021: Home prices in Denver fell

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Denver fell by $72,400 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,600 - a 17.4% decrease over the $415,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Denver in 2020.

The median sales tax in Denver for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,816, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
