Home prices increased in Sheridan during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Sheridan rose by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $337,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Sheridan in 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for 2021.
