Littleton (Arapahoe County) median home prices rose by 14.1% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Littleton in Arapahoe County rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 655 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $469,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 769 homes sold in Littleton in 2020.
