Centennial home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Centennial rose by $98,875 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 1,938 homes sold, with a median sale price of $568,875 - a 21% increase over the $470,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,956 homes sold in Centennial in 2020.
