2021: Cherry Creek experienced a 11.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $69,250 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 202 homes sold, with a median sale price of $688,750 - a 11.2% increase over the $619,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Cherry Creek in 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
