Home prices increased in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $244,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $699,000 - a 53.6% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Columbine in 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
