Foxfield median home prices rose by 44.7% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Foxfield rose by $347,400 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,125,000 - a 44.7% increase over the $777,600 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Foxfield in 2020.

The median sales tax in Foxfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,956, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for 2021.
