The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Glendale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Glendale rose by $185,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,500 - a 60.2% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
