Home prices increased in Centennial during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Centennial rose by $104,270 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 321 homes sold, with a median sale price of $602,500 - a 20.9% increase over the $498,230 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 525 homes sold in Centennial in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
