Greenwood Village median home prices fell by 0.4% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Greenwood Village fell by $4,300 while total sales decreased by 66.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,050,000 - a 0.4% decrease over the $1,054,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Greenwood Village in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Greenwood Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,061, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
