How did home prices perform in Inverness during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Inverness rose by $705,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,250,000 - a 129.4% increase over the $545,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Inverness in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
